Cohorts are one of the primary ways GCCPN supports church planters, church staff, and ministry leaders. Through intentional training, coaching, and community, our cohorts help leaders develop the DNA of church multiplication and prepare them to plant healthy, reproducing churches. We believe churches plant churches, and our role is to come alongside local churches—equipping and training planters so they can be confidently sent out to start new works rooted in the gospel and the mission of Jesus.
