Cohorts are one of the primary ways we support church planters, church staff, and ministry leaders. Through training, coaching, and community, our cohorts help leaders develop a DNA of church multiplication and take clear next steps toward planting strong, healthy, reproducing churches.
GCCPN offers two cohort environments designed for leaders at different stages. These experiential cohorts form holistically prepared leaders and equip local churches to confidently send them into new gospel-centered works.

The Discover Cohort is an entry point for anyone who wants to learn more about church planting and discern their role in it. Our next Discover Cohort will begin in April 2026.

This cohort provides extensive training and support around the core components required to launch a healthy, sustainable church. Participants receive:

Meet regularly with fellow planters for support and encouragement. Navigate the challenges of being a new church while learning from experienced mentors. Move towards sustainability and become an established church. Begin steps to multiply - create farming system in church.
